Hello to all my Quilting friends,

I am sorry it has been so long since you have heard from me.  It has been a little crazy at the shop.  Between my trip to Greece and the Quilt Across Texas we have been busy. 

First I would like to thank everyone who supported my trip to Greece.  It was wonderful but very physical.  More then I expected but the quilt show, classes were a great success.  The women in Greece were very appreciative of all that we did for them and taught them.  The YMCA that held conference was impressed and will be offering quilting to the community there.  This was a major break thru.  They will be providing a studio for the women to come and learn quilting and also hirer ladies to teach.  God is Good.

Quilt Across Texas was good as well.  We got the opportunity to meet lots of wonderful people and visit with some old friends.  Thank you for coming out and supporting us. 

Now for the fun stuff.  Believe it or not we just celebrated our 8th year in business.  It does not seem like it is possible.  To celebrate that milestone and to make room for upcoming Market, we are doing a "Blow Out" sale.  Fabric will be 30% off (excluding sale fabric) and books and patterns will be 45% off.  This is the perfect time to get all those things you were waiting on.  The sale will be the week of October 16th till October 20th.  First come, first save.  By the way, I have restocked the orphanage with lots of bolts.
